This option is available in the premium version of the plugin.
This option controls the style of filter items that have zero products count in the current filters combination. It is available for all the taxonomy-based filters (product categories, tags, attribute filters). Choose between Regular display, Hidden (to hide the filter options that would return empty result), Lower opacity, or Disabled.
Tick the Don’t hide if active checkbox to always display the selected options.
This option initiates the dynamic product counts queries, which will put a substantial load on your server and can affect the page load speeds! Reduce its usage for weaker servers and/or shops with large amounts of products and filters. If you feel that your page load time has become unsatisfactory, try creating separate presets with tailored filter sets intended for the particular page or group of pages.
