This option is available in the premium version of the plugin.
The premium version allows the usage of images in front of (or instead of) the filter labels. To setup this style for your filter, choose Images in the Filter style select box:
To assign the images to filtering options, you can select between the following choices:
- Manual selection
- Use thumbnails
- One image for all terms
Manual selection
To associate an image with one of the filtering options, you can enter the URL of the image of your choice directly into the Image link field next to the item. To select an image from the Media Library of your site, click on the Select image from media library button to the right of the URL field.
Use the Clear all images button to erase all the URLs, and the Load thumbnails button (available in the taxonomy-based filters) to auto-load the URLs of terms’ thumbnails.
Check or uncheck the Display label option as needed.
Use thumbnails
This option is intended for the taxonomy-based filters in which the terms have properly assigned thumbnails.
If you’ve made changes to the thumbnails and wish to re-assign the new images to filtering options, re-save the preset or use the Regenerate filters CSS button at the bottom of the annasta Filters > Style settings tab of your WP admin.
One image for all terms
Assign the same image to all the options of the current filter.
If you need your image boxes to show in a row, select the Display items in a row option right underneath the Filter style section.
Use the Image filter style option of the annasta Filters > Style settings tab to select the style of your image boxes.
